Ok guys here goes. I have a small penis. 5 inches erect, max. and maybe two
inches if I am lucky when soft.
I have kidded with my wife that they will need a pediatric scope for me.
How the HELL are they gonna fit anything up there?
Anyone have some stories or suggestions?

I think you may have a mistaken impression of what a cystoscope is.
There's a picture of one linked to on this page.

A short penis would simply mean that they wouldn't have to insert the
cystoscope very far to see the bladder. The only problem, it seems to
me, might be if your urethra were too tight or narrow. Doesn't seem to
me that there's likely to be a problem.
Anyway, that's this layman's guess!

Was thinking more about the lumen or openng of the urethtra probably being
smaller too since my penis is somewhat smaller in circumference too. I mean
it is not clincially abnormal, just on the small side.

I doubt that will be a problem. It's up in the prostate that things
can be tight. If they can get through it the external characteristics
are not important. The "before" photos taken at my PVP showed it to be
pretty closed up. I have had it done about four times in the past two
years. The last time I asked the Dr. if there was anything he did that
didn't hurt. He just smiled and said "Not much".
When through he said "All through, you can start breathing again". I
opened my eyes and he was smiling!!
Aw, it's not all that bad but it can pinch a bit at times. Mine most
likely gets pretty tiny at the thought of having it done again.

Unfortunately it is a test that needs to be performed before they can
recommend and proceed with a treatment. Had it done first before a
TUMT. When that didn't work had it done a couple more times before the
PVP. Finally cured the problem. At least for the time being. If I
live long enough I expect I will be back for another treatment. Maybe
something even better by then!
