Has anyone had a formed scar tissues post PVP procedure that blocked the flow?

Here is my situation: On the 12th of January this year (2006), I had my PVP
procedure. The result was as follows:
1. Retro ejaculation
2. Burning sensation for over 6 months
3. After an initial strong flow, it started to get weaker and weaker that it
became worst than before the procedure.

Early August, I saw a different uro who performed a systoscopy and advised
that I had scar tissues that formed and blocked the flow. He attributed them
to a weak blood flow in the prostate as a result of the PVP laser. Last Tue,
9/5/2006, he performed what he called a Mini-Turp to remove these tissues
surgically. I stayed one night in the hospital for observation and the
catheter was removed yesterday (Friday 9/8). I'm recovering now, the burning
sensation is tolerable, and the flow is ok. However, in my talking to him
post the procedure, he indicated that there is a 10-15% chance that new scar
tissues may form again in the future.
My question is: Has anyone experienced this condition? Is there anyone who is
knowledgable of this condition? I'm very concern that I may have this problem
again and again in the future.
Would appreciate any information.

My uro mentioned this possiblilty when I had my PVP, but acted like it
was no big deal to go back in and correct it.  There have been very few
posts here regarding scar tissue, so it seems not to be very common.
You must be one of the lucky ones.  With the TURP to correct, rather
than another PVP, your chances of a second recurrence are probable
slim.  Good luck.

Thank you Temujin for the info. As you mentioned, I know that it is not
common and that what worries me. I'm afraid that my previous uro who
performed the PVP used excessive laser that destroyed my prostate to the
degree that caused poor blood flow. A condition that, according to my new uro,
promoted the formation of scar tissues and may do that repeatedly in the
future.

Retrograde Ejaculation is a side effect of PVP or TURP procedure. When a man
with this condition reaches sexual orgasm, the semen counter flows back to
the bladder.
