I had some symptoms like that.  Gotta give it time.  What was done in
there would hurt like hell if it were your outside flesh.

Did your doctor give you pictures?  Mine gave me "before" and "after".

Pink and clean before and dark gray and ragged after.

In three months it gets back to being pink again but with a much larger
opening.
