Hi Hugh
I contacted Mr Muir on 14/4/05 and visited him about a month later for
assessment, then had the PVP on 15/6/05.   He did say in his first letter
that it would be possible to make it a 'one stop' visit, assessment and then
PVP on the same day, but that isn't how it turned out for me.
Best wishes

Is that private or NHS? I managed to be referred from Edinburgh to the
Freeman in Newcastle. It was about three months for the initial appointment
and then six months for the PVP.
Derek.
