From a Google search:
Trabeculation of the bladder lining simply means that the bladder muscle has
thickened over time, possibly as a result of obstruction to outflow of
urine, and been organised into a trabecular pattern of criss-crossing lines
or partitions, dividing the bladder cavity. These are visible down the
telescope that is used to look into the bladder.
