Check Laserscope's website for some uro's in your area who do PVP, and
start calling or faxing them and asking how many they've done and what
their philosophy is (aggressive tissue removal vs so-called "bladder
neck sparing," which seems to spare you from any real symptom relief).
If they won't call back or answer your questions, move on to the next
one on the list.  I had good luck with this strategy in South Carolina.
Laserscope's list is incomplete, but it's a good place to start.
