Subscribers going back some time will remember important postings by
Patrick, who may have been the first person on this list to tell us
about PVP. He gave much time and energy to clarifying and shedding
light on individual cases. I would like to correspond with him briefly
off-list about what appear to be two different kind of PVP's presently
emerging.

Patrick, are you there? If so, please so indicate to me at
utopia1@attblobal.net. Or if anybody else has an email address for him,
I'd appreciate your letting me know.

Thanks.

A google group search for Patrick has revealed his email. The domain
is comcast.net, and the part before the @ is 303delaware. His last
post to the group was in March 2004.

I suppose there could be more than one Patrick, but I think the one the OP
is referring to has posted here much more recently than almost 2 years ago.
His 'handle' is TAP, and an advanced Google Groups search will give a very
different address.  I won't post it here, should he not want the intrusion.

Thank you, Ed and Midlife. I had tried 303Delaware and that's now
terminated. Midlife, I'm having trouble figuring out how to use the
advanced Google Groups search. If I have only the information that
author is "TAP," how do I fill in the rest?

Or, could you, or anybody else who has it, send me Patrick's email
off-list? This is for a totally legitimate communication about a PVP
matter that I think will intrigue him, and I would appreciate his
input.

Thanks.

In regard to my question about Patrick, I see that this system doesn't
want to post my email address in case anyone wants to respond to me
directly. It's utopia1@attglobal.net. If google blocks that out, it's
the word "utopia" followed by the numeral "1," followed by the at sign,
followed by attglobal.net.
If google blocks that, too, then please respond on list.

Using TAP as a search term, I come up with the same domain name and
the part before the @ is 1lcrestview. Last post was June 2005.

Thanks, Ed, I appreciate it. After my posting on this, I did a search
of this group, and was I think able to fill in the blanks with the same
result you give.

Jesse,

If your question would be interesting to Patrick, maybe it would be
interesting to the rest of us too.  Why not just post it?
