Does Flomax decrease muscle tension of the prostate and bladder neck
back to a normal level, or decrease it below normal, to improve the
restricted flow caused by the enlarged prostate?

Or, put another way, does the enlarged prostate cause an abnormal
increase of muscle tension in the bladder and prostate?

Good questions "nitwit".  I think Dr. Sancha will respond.  BTW, I referred
to you as "nitwit" in previous posts (since that is your handle), and got
accused of namecalling - lol .  I would never do that.  I believe everyone
understands now.  Take care :-):-) ...Pete
