Advice on TUMT procedure with Postatron device

I am contemplating a TUMT procedure and am scared of the the possible effects.
I have read conflicting accounts of how long the operation is effective. I
would like to hear from anyone who has had the procedure in recent years. I
am interested in possible sexual implications, retrograde ejaculations, etc.

I have seen references to PVP on the site but am unfamiliar with the term. I
would like to hear from anyone who has knowledge of this procedure.

In order to obtain complete information you need to talk to a doctor
who does both procedures. Most urologists will suggest the procedure
with which they are most familiar. Many have not been trained to do
PVP so you will not get impartial information. Make sure the uro has
done at least 25 PVP procedures.
