Is it possible that walking for three miles or so on a treadmill can
cause the prostate to swell up and agitate BPH or cause an affect like
prostatitis?  It seems like exercise causes problems, but the docs all
say walking should help?

riding the stationary bike at the gym bothered me...
walking did not-maybe have to stretch out before start or walk a little
slower

In general,
Pay attention to your body feelings when doing any exercise. When something
feels out of whack, stop. You yourself are the best person to listen to.
