and do I ever need advice (Brad, you around ?)
MY little independent pharmacy I've been using for 30 years just closed
with NO warning. Went to pick up my meds.. sign on the door.. *Pick up
your meds at CVS* ..well, it was the CVS a long way from me..so I went
to the CVS nearest me.. long story short.. it took me FIVE days to get 2
meds .. It was a transfer from a transfer from a transfer!  Required
about 6 calls to my Dr and about 8 calls to the local CVS. They were
never in the least way, helpful or friendly. Picked up the meds to day
..and I've still got 'Sticker Shock' .. I don't have insurance for meds
and I'm a senior. I need some kind of 'guide line' on the cost of the 9
meds I'm on ..I've done a lot of the cking drugstores online to get the
price quotes. I only use online drugstores for non essential meds. I
hate to think of trying to transfer all that stuff again. But I have to.
I didn't see a URL for Eckert's that actually quoted prices !
If you could help me figure out some of the price + _ I could send you
a list of my meds ,,and maybe you could ball park it for me. Email ..

that ;)
         oh    thank you

I can tell that you are concerned about the difficulty you now will have
getting prescriptions filled. I see no concern about the pharmacist or
his/her family. After 30 years, he probably dropped dead of a heart attack
"with NO warning." No concern there or even an indication of why it closed
down. At least you are still healthy enough to do something about it.

And I am a reader here, not a pharmacist.
