drug inhibitors ?

Are there any drugs out there that could increase the amount of
histamine ,proteolytic enzymes or  biologically active peptides known
as kinins , in the same way the the entheogen Syrian rue can increase
the amount of serotonin ?

ACE inhibitors slow the breakdown of bradykinins.
I think MAO inhibitors slow down histamine breakdown.
No idea about proteolytics enzymes.

Mind if I ask why you want to know about this?
