My opinion is this:
If the US government is going to persist in the rather
ostentatious ambiguity in which it is currently enforcing
drug import laws, and continue to allow patients to obtain
non-approved medications from "foreign" channels, then the
law should be changed to allow US Pharmacists to import
the same medications for retail sale, under the same guidelines
as those "foreign pharmacies"!
