Hello -
my wife and I take various meds before bed - but have been having a
difficult time remembering to take them. We are thinking of switching
them to morning.  Should we
a.  wait 36 hours and start in the mornings or
b.  cut them in half and take them 12 hours later.

Thanks for any advice.

Depends what medications you both are taking. Some should be taken
before bed, rather than in the morning. Some shouldn't be split. Etc.

Have you considered using weekly pill boxes placed somewhere where they
are unlikely to be overlooked? Exactly where depends upon your routine.

This would be a good question for your pharmacist.
