pricing laws in south africa

the new dispensing and pricing laws in south africa are going to take
business aay from the pharmacists.it is going to be cheaper to go to
the doctor than going to the pharmacy.

Lol.... as a semi retired Pharmacist working in the USA I have a hell
of a lot of patients that have Pharmacy Bills which are much more then
they Physicians bills...  

I personally do not think that most Physicians charge more for an
office visit  then I have to charge for f a months supply of something
like Lipitor ...

I think that retail pharmacy and industry in SA will suffer with the
new pricing system.But if pharmacist for once stand together and fight
this, we can save our proffession.

Ida, you would be well advised to team up as pharmacists.  Unites States
pharmacists failed to do this the right way before our "revolution" and now
we are paying the price.
