Has anyone heard of something called "Van Pen"?  It's apparently some sort
of cream base (in this case, for 2% testosterone), but how to make it or
order it from the manufacturer would be appreciated.

The Van Pen I'm familiar with is provided by PCCA.  You can find them on the
web at pccarx.com.  It is my opinion that Van Pen is a cream base similar to
Vanicream or Dermabase-but I may be totally off base here.  You can use
Vanicream as a base to put testosterone in for topical use-it's much better
that the old formula with Vaseline.  There is also a product called PLO gel,
which can be used as a base for testosterone, it increases the systemical
absorption of the tesosterone-usually used in topical testosterone preps for
men-women usually don't need such high levels.  PLO gel (looks like a cream) is
available from several different companies-Spectrum is one that comes to
mind-called "Transderm PLO". (No relation at all to PCCA or Spectrum-just a
compounding pharmacist).
