Yes, but surely you'd need a prescription if you buy it in England (or in
any retail pharmacy in USA or EU). You don't need a prescription to buy it
over the Internet (which I think is completely foolish). Moreover, you could
be receiving something labelled as ARAVA but which is not (counterfeit drugs
are quite frecquent over the Internet).
