I am trying to establish a assay for detection of beta-lactamase in
plasma. I am working with ELISA assay but the senstivity that i am
getting with this assay is not very good. I am working with
Beta-Lactamase monoclonal antibody from QED Bioscience (Catalog no.
15720). If anybody has worked with this assay do let me know how to
increase senstivity. also if u know any other assay for detection of
beta-lactamase in plasma kindly do let me know.

Sorry can't help with your question but I do have one of my own.  Is
the assay specific one only one class (i.e., Ambler A through D).
