Every year at this time I have to pay full price on meds until I reach
my insurance's deductable. Last year at this time I paid about $60 for
Effexor. Now I'm being asked to pay $180. In shopping around, I'm
finding that the price only varies a little from $180.
Prevacid has gone WAY up in price, too, but another med I take,
clonapin, has stayed exactly the same ($10 per refill).
Have other people had the same experience? Does anyone know of an
affordable way to attain Effexor? I need the medication, but I also
can't spend all my money on it.
Thank you.

Price gouging is just getting started. Just wait until Bush's pay full price
Medicare drug plan goes into effect. The drug companies will need new fleets
of armored cars just to carry off the loot they steal from the elderly and
taxpayers.
