My 11 y o nephew has been worked up for facial tics and they have decided its
not exactly tourettes but some similar thing.  He is starting on clonidine.
If impotence is a side effect will it cause problems during puberty or perhaps
even cause him erectile dysfunction in later years?
So far what I've found on clonidine says impotence occurs in 3 out of 100
cases, but is it reversible when off the meds?
Thanks in advance, Joan C

It should be reversable.
