Has any one tried herbs such as Rediola, it considered as  Adaptanogent.
How does it work in reducing the stress. What is the Pharmacology
properties?  Is it well researched herb?

Also there is Relora, also works on stress hormones. What is the
pharmacology properties? Is it well researched herb?

Do they have any long term effect on liver and kidney?

There is no research on a plant extract of "rediola". I think you have
spelt it wrong because there are hardly any google hits either

There is one (1) research paper on an extract of relora. It makes not
comment on its mechanism of action, all it shows is that it reduces chick
speration anxiety.

There is no research on either of these plant extracts onhow they effect
the liver or kidney.

Rhodiola (is that what you meant to type in the 1st question) seems to be
a stimulant of some kind, with unkown pharmacology.

As with most early research into botanical extracts, most of the studies
are increadibley poorly designed.
