Does all Vicodin have Hydrocodone? or is there a Vicodin w/o the Hydocodone?
My wife is allergic to codine, so I'm curious//

thanks for your help!

all vicodin contains hydrocodone.
many people mistake allergy for intolerance.
does codeine cause her to break out in hives or does it simply nauseate her
or constipate her.
i have many customers who are "allergic" to codeine but can take
hydrocodone.

vicodin = hydrocodeine + acetaminophen
vicodin - hydrocodeine = acetaminophen

acetaminophen = APAP = Tylenol = many generics available

I wouldn't have corrected your spelling, just didn't want mis-info out there.
IMHO usenet is one place we can misspell with abandon.

I am not a pharmacist but do understand the need for the correct spelling of
a drug.    However, your comment about misspelling with abandon on Usenet
reminds me of another newsgroup that I read.  There is a poster on that
group that group whose spelling is the most horrid that I've seen in many
years.  It's so bad that one would almost suspect that it was a troll.  In
addition, she never uses capital letters, not even for the word "I".
Several of the posters ripped her to shreds and had no mercy.  Reading the
reply posts was like watching the piranhas feed.
