Glaxosmith Kline product pipeline

For university work I am looking for the number of products in the
product pipe line for Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham before
their merger, ie 1999. I have found plenty of information for after
the merger (ie. Current data) but does anyone know where historic data
about these two companies, and specifically their product pipeline can
be found.

IIRC both companies were listed on NYSE so the 10Ks from previous years
would be a starting place. As well, you could contact the company and get
hold of previous years' annual reports.
