Having a UC flare up. Male age 49.

Went to my gastro doc and he prescribed 500mg Canasa
suppositories.

I priced them locally and they are bat $160 for a 30
day supply! Ouch!  I'm unemployed and will pay totally
out of pocket.... so where can I get these at steep
discount? Or any generic out there?

I've never taken suppositories before.... so how well
do these things work?   My flare up is probably mild to
moderate as compared to some people.

Advice?
