I quizzed my Doc abt simvastatin causing some ED
problems with me.

He convinced me that it is not a side effect of
simvastatin and that it is also beneficial to keep
taking a good dose of simvastatin as the research shows
positive benefits other than lipid reduction.

However, I am having ED problems and wonder of the 10
mg lisinopril I take DOES contribute to ED?

Not likely the drugs but very well may be the diseases they are treating.
Hypertension is a known contributor to ED and hypercholesterolemia a
contributor to HTN.

OK

So anything else I can do lifestyle wise to mitigate or
reduce the problem of all this then?

I've lost abt 20 lbs but could lose some more weight.

Would extreme cardiac workouts help.... i.e. strengthen
my heart and reduce hypertension problem thereby
eliminating ED?  Can I in effect reverse thsi?
