Anybody suggest an alternative? domperidone, metoclopramide? There is no straight forward alternative. If you're prescribed Zelnorm, presumably the primary symptom is constipation, and neither domperidone nor metoclopramide (whose pharmacology is different anyway) would be helpful. > Anybody suggest an alternative? domperidone, metoclopramide?
