Based on these stories, there are regulatory weaknesses in the wholesale
industry larger than those that allowed the incidents of 9-11. Also,
perhaps naively, I assumed there was a tracking mechanism for CS to
attempted to limit their distribution to semi-legitimate patients. I no
longer believe this.

"Between July and December, 2001, the online pharmacy filled 18,499
prescriptions . . . Nearly all were for controlled substances."
