Any opinions on Relecore, which is advertised to reduce cortisol?  I'm
not really concerned about the purported side-effect of reducing belly
fat, I'm thinking more about how stress is generally harmful to the body.

All this stuff is junk. It is mostly green tea witch is mostly Caffeine and
a bunch of herbs that no one has ever heard off.

Actually its magnolia bark
Probably not worth squat for weight loss.
May be slightly more effective than water for anxiety.
