My physician just switched me from monopril to norvasc. I have heard that norvasc may be more likely to cause erectile dysfunction. Anyone had experience with norvasc? I am using Norvasc since February 2005, together with a diureticum and a ACE-2 Inhibitor (IOrbesartan), without any problem. I used to take 5 mg a day. Now I am taking 2,5 mg. a day. I'm 59. John. Thanks... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I tried making use of Norvasc and it caused fluid retention problems so I stopped taking it. It did not cause me to have erectile dysfunction problems. Jason |
