Is Lopressor 100mg the same as Toprol xl 100mg?
What other drugs are the same as Toprol XL 100mg?

Not exactly ,to my understanding Toprol xl is  metoprolol but
in a sustained release form , which is indicated in OZ for heart
failure, lopessor is not slow release and is not approved for use in
heart failure post M.I
