This is just my opinion, but sorry to say, you seriously hurt your chances.
IMO, a C would be worlds better than a W and easier to explain. Only take
the W if you are certain that upon retaking the course, you will put forth
the effort to get an A or B. A W might as well be an F, because they could
easily assume that you would have gotten an F if you hadn't withdrawn
(unless you get an A or B when you retake it).
Before giving up, I would contact the Pharmacy Schools that you are
interested in applying to, and see what their opinion is. Alot will depend
upon the reputation of the school where you took your prerequisites; if it
is thought of as a tough school, where As in organic chemistry are
impossible to acheive, you stand a better chance.
Assuming a C or W would still allow you to get into an interview (again,
talk to the schools you are interested in), you'd better have a better
reason than that you had a hard time balancing work and school. I doubt
that would be an acceptable excuse, as proper balancing will be required
throughout the years at pharmacy school. Explaining that you made the
mistake of taking the accelerated summer course would help, but they will
probably expect you to have known better.
Grades aren't the only consideration though. If the school(s) you wish to
attend require the PCAT, a good score there will help. In addition, work
experience is usually considered a big plus. Are you working as a Pharm
Tech? Do you have good references or letters of recommendation?
Look on the bright side though, not all of us that did get in to pharmacy
school are so happy about having been admitted, even years after
graduation... :)

Got a good laugh out of that statement...
However I have been retired since the end of 1998
Graduated from Pharmacy School in 1967 with a
GPA of 2.0000000 (rounded up I think)..
I hated Pharmacy school ..hated it...
BUT once I got out of
school and got into the "real" world of Pharmacy, dealing with
customers, payrolls, invertories, yada yada yada I never regretted
that I became a Pharmacist...
If there was no third party Insurance plans Today I may not have
retired...I miss the customers...

Like previously said, grades are not the only thing that determine
admission to Pharmacy school.
A trick I used, after not doing too well in Organic Chem 2, was to take
OC3 and OC4. At my school, 3 was easier than 2, and 4 was basically a
small, analytical lab course, and not very hard to get a B in.
One thing is certain:
If you don't think you can get in,
you won't.
