Hello:

Have been taking the Zestril generic Lisinopril for many years to control
my blood p.  With the medication, for the last 5 yrs or so, it has
stabilized at 125/70 as an average.

But, immediately upon refilling the prescr., it has shot up to, and remained
at, around 150/82.

Someone mentioned to check out at the pharmacy if there has been a rash of
counterfit
Lisinopril, perhaps.

Interesting possibility, as you always seem to read about this (for other
drugs) in the local paper.
Live in Boston area.

Thought I'd ask here first if anyone has any knowledge, perhaps, on this
first ?

Other thoughts on ?

Thanks,
B.

I haven't heard anything.  Generic Zestril should be cheap.  I don't see why
anyone would bother to counterfeit it.  For example, you can find plenty of
counterfeit Rolex watches but you don't see the fake Timex watches.
