About once a month I'll hit the tanning booth. About six minutes and I'm nice and tan. I'm not one of those nuts who goes every day and ends upp a prune by 30. Trust me I'm aware of the dangers and I read up on the subnject. My question, is there and adverse effects while taking Ritalin and tanning? I always made sure I hadn't taken a Ritalin for 24 hours before tanning. Sometimes more. Is that a neccessarey step? No, The whole deal with tanning and Ritalin is that the drug may make you more susceptible to the sun. A lot of meds are like that, like birth control pills.
