PROPRANOLOL PLUS CLONIDINE: Are these 2 medications ever taken
together?

hello,

i have stage 2 and was put on 60 mg propranolol which helps but we are
not sure at this point if the BP is well controlled or not.

in the past, we have had to augment the propranolol with lisinopril to
get the BP to be well controlled.

for several reasons, i do not want to invest/take lisinopril and i was
wondering if Catapres (clonidine) is ever used to augment propranolol
to achieve well controlled BP.

THANKS :)

The UBER DATA BABE :)

Yes, but who would do this?  Propranalol has a lot more side affects than
Atenolol, and you need a thiazide diuretic unless your allergic to sulfa
drugs.
