I've been kinda reading around and all these problems might just be
related.

I'm 26.  When I take percocet or vicodin I have much trouble urinating
to the point of straining so bad that I feel like I'm going to pass
out.  I thought I was going to die one time when my bladder was so full
and I couldn't piss for hours.

Next...I can't sleep without waking up to go to the bathroom once or
twice during the night.  I hear continous sleep is best and I don't
think I had a continous 8 hour sleep in 10 years.  Even if I feel a
little urin in my bladder I can't sleep and I have to go piss.  I can't
sleep good to begin with since I can only sleep on my stomach and so
sleeping in a chair or on a plane has never happened.  I also need some
time to fall asleep, sometimes a couple hours.

So because of that I'm tired all the time, all day every day.
Headaches too.  All this is affecting my life in a very bad way.

I'm slim and sometimes go to the gym.  I started taking supplements a
few weeks ago like multivitamin, ginseng, 5-HTP, and  Omega3 complex.

I should probably see a doctor.

Any suggestions?
Thanks for your time,
Dave

You should go see a doctor!  BTW, how are you taking Percocet or Vicodan
without seeing a doctor?  You must have some medication left over from the
last Rx you got when you visited your doctor.

I got the meds from getting my wisdom teeth pulled.  I never told them
about my alergy since I can endure a few days of this crap.
