taper
I have somewhat managed to stabilize on:
10mg ambien per night(been on ambien for 13 years for insomnia)
.5mg clonazepam 3X per day(been on clonazepam for one month due to
panic attacks which were infrequent up until this past month then
started happening everyday)
1mg lorazepam 3X per day(been on lorazepam for one year as needed for
panic attacks which were infrequent up until this past month then
started happening everyday)

Now what do I do?
How do I taper off all three drugs using the Ashton method or any other
method?
All at once or one at a time and if so which one first second and
third?
If I use the Ashton method what would be the equivalent mg valium?
Please email me directly at gregmasley@adelphia.net

Thank you

Why are you concerned about doing a taper if you are still getting
panic attacks?
Are you worried about dependency?
Your condition should be under control before you consider reducing
your dose.
Incidentally, i did a diazepam taper down to 1 mg a day.I am still
getting panic attacks but not as severe: I now take as needed. I find
it helps to have them in my pocket just for psychological peace of
mind. I am also on buspar.
