I take these drugs every day:
1. levothroid (an equivalent of synthroid)
2. low-dose-aspirin (for prevention of heart problems)
3. lipitor
>From what I've read, and from what a pharmacist told me, there's
no known interactions. So can I take all three at exactly the same
time?...and absorption won't be affected? It's hard to remember to
take each of them at different times of the day.

I've been on these three meds for years (aspirin has been increased to adult
strength) with no bad effects.
Levothroid should be taken on empty stomach (try first thing on arising)
allowing an hour before eating.
Lipitor and low dose aspirin will give you the greatest benefit when be
taken at bedtime as the body produces majority of LDL and most heart attacks
occur during the wee hours.
