To pharmacy students,

What is the current consensus among pharmacy students concerning preferred
practice setting upon graduation and licensure? That is, to which setting is
the majority of students leaning, community pharmacy or healthsystem
pharmacy (retail or hospital)? And, why the preference?

I know that at my school everything we learn is geared toward clinical
practice. If you ask 9 out of 10 of my fellow students they will tell
you how much they despise what walgreens, rite-aid, CVS, etc have done
to the current image of pharmacists. I would be safe to say that our
majority will probably swing toward clinical/institutional.
