Does anyone have any information on stability of drugs in monitored
dosage systems? Or any information on drugs which are suitable for
inclusion or exclusion from such systems.

What exactly are you speaking of (what drug and what method of
delivery)? Some of the so called sustained release formulations,
especially in CII narcotics, are apparently not as important as making
the the drugs unsuitable for injection.  They do not last 12 hours in
most people, especially long term.
