What, in general, is the difference between the two and, what effects
do each produce in a non-sensitive person?  Why would either be
preferable (or not) and why? Since I am not into chemistry, I am
looking just for basic information.  Thanks for all replies. (And thanks again. :-)

lol.

There is no real pharmacological differences. i.e. when you take them you
get the same effect.

Anyhydrous just means without water, its just dry.
