"enteric" just means literally "pertaining to the intestines".  Campral is
just for treating alcohol abuse, & the Camprals are "enteric coated", which
means it passes through the stomach unaltered and dissolves in the
intestines instead. Aspirin is sometimes enteric treated in order to reduce
stomach irritation/ulcers for people needing to avoid stomach issues.

Why do you want to know the "relation of hydrophilic to Campral enteric
coated"? Are you wanting to IV ("shoot up" or "bang")or IM the Campral or
something?
