Avandament--problem?

Was there a post here (or FDA?) that dealt with a problem/recall on
Avandament?
My sister is on it, and I can't find what the Avandament problem (if any)
was.

just a manufacturing problem
The 2 ingredients are available seperately
Just talk to your pharmacist or if you go to a chain, they will not help you
and you will have to call your md yourself or if you use mailorder good luch
