cold medications

Are there any cold medications that won't keep me awake all night, or make
me feel "loopy?"  Forget the antihistamines... I've given up on those.

Avoid cold medications that contain pseudoephedrine, a decongestant
with similar effects as caffeine.  If you need a decongestant, use a
topical nasal spray like otrivan (but not more than 5-7 days).
