Anyone -

I hear that acetaminophen is not safe at large doses, but what about
low dose usage, under 1gm per day, long term?  How risky is this?

Also, does anyone know how much off-the-shelf NAC or glutathione one
could take with the drug as a preventive measure?

Thanks,

RB

I don't think there are any studies that have tested long term use of only 1
gram per day. The fact is, the less apap the better all around, but it is
safe to use long term as far as anybody knows...don't know the answer to
your other question.
