Anyone know of a sound discontinuation     protocol for withdrawing from long term
use of Ambien (Dr. legitimate for intractable insomnia) - they're
almost useless, yet
necessary!   (For example, substitution, alternatives, how to do it -
without the
old saw of psychiatry nor NA?)

Thanks and regards from Atlanta, GA
