If you had a legitimate purpose for purchasing this medication you could go
down the street to  your local pharmacy and purchase it with cash.

I doubt you will be successful in your quest.  If website owners were dumb
enough to accept orders on a C.O.D. basis they would not be able to pay their
web costs.  Do you think spammers would not inundate them with bogus orders?

Why don't you just send them the money and let them ship after they receive the
money as is done on EBAY.
