After a period of 40 years new Anti T.B. drug discoverd. A french
chemist sysnthesis the compound called "Diarylquinolines" and another
team discover its anti.T.B. affect.
According to them the compound compete for the ATP synthase an enzyme
needed by bacterium for energy production. Human clinical trials are in
progress because the new compound eradicate the whole bacteria from
lungs of rats in 2 months.
If succeded, it will reduce the duration of treatment of T.B. to 2
months instead of 9.
Hope to hear good news by researcher in future.
