I tried the REGULAR size BreatheRight strips. they ddidn't seem to do
anything.
I am wondering how to determine if I should also buy the LARGE size. What
size nose is the LARGE size geared for .... and how do I measure?
Thank you.

What did you expect them to do? Make you run faster?
They're primarily for night snoring or some very particular physical
problems.
However, they seem to be making some athletes richer through
endorsements. The idea that a 350 lb NFL lineman somehow benefits from
them is laughable.

Mike, now you've totally negated any chance for the placebo effect. ;-)
