Call or write the State Board in Fla.
I don't know about Florida law, but in Canada it clearly states in our Food
and Drug Act that the patient's address MUST be written on the actual
prescription to be legal, and that the computer generated hardcopy sticker
doesn't count.

I was hoping that your Politicians (Canadian)
made better jokes (laws) then our politicians.(USA)..
does it specify if it has to be written in red, blue, black or green
ink...? If not then the Pols were sleeping when that law was
passed... !

Since writing my first post I have interviewed pharmacists working
near me who have also had contact with the inspector from hell. As you
know it is illegal to combine pills from 2 bottles into one bottle.
The inspector thought she hit pay dirt when 2 dessicant containers
were found in a bottle. Must of come from 2 containers, eh? The
pharmacist had to call the police for witness while he cracked the
seal every bottle in the pharmacy until at least a dozen bottles were
found to contain 2 cannisters or more.
This is what you get when the state saves money by training inspectors
with only a high school education to become pharmacy inspectors. Texas
and many other states absolutely forbid the hiring of inspectors who
are not pharmacists. I will be adding more stories of atrocities to
this list so everyone can see the package I am sending to the Board.

the board has consistently enforced writing the information on the front of
the RX as opposed to writing it on the back or having a sticker.

Wasn't the original idea to have the doctor, not the pharmacist, write the
patient's address on the address lines of the prescription?
