Of course. It kinda goes with my diagnosis.
I also live in a bad neighborhood. I have been stopped while simply
driving, biking, or even walking to the store because I just happened to
be at the wrong place & time. Every time they ask if I have any weapons
or drugs, and ask permission to search me. I know if I refuse they'll
just waste more of my time while they call for the dogs so I always
cooperate.
So, as to my original question...?

1) I'm not aware of any law that states a patient may not carry meds in
any container they wish.
2) On the other hand, an unmarked container may arouse the curiosity of
law enforcement.
3) If this happens, a label sure would be better than nothing to
establish the legitimacy of your prescription.

US law states that prescription medications must be in their original
containers upon entry at the border.
